Verse 1 (M.C. Razor): Kaboom! Pop out from right under your nose From under the ground where the bunker is stowed We some buried treasure, dare we measure chunks of the stones Brung varied weather, airy desert, thunder, and snow Hunger has grown, this a grocery run Heads vocally spun until I’m totally done Notably hung-up like a rotary one Rewrote a rerun, to try to float the seasons But nah, y’all can step in my shoes All encompassing points south the second time through Followin Morrowind side quest markers Eye test starter, borrowin hollow skin, died, I rest darker By far a win, towerin the finest archer, golden Cupid’s bow Got you lovin it, rollin through this show Hot through oven mitts, holdin two fist flows Hook 1 (M.C. Razor): Redcoat & The Machete Stomping above ground, y’all ready? If you are yell YEAH! So we know Who’s on our side and who gotta go Redcoat & The Machete Stomping above ground, y’all ready? If you ain’t, stay quiet Wait your turn if you ain’t died yet Verse 2 (Russ Hillier): We'll stun you with the double taser Russ and razor on a track We're bringing back that beloved flavour About as subtle as a slap across the face with a blackboard eraser Leave em slackjawed and running to their maker Summoning a greater danger with our forces combined We'll make a tesla death ray and forge it from rhymes Contorting my spine around the beat To keep my organs in line I need hiphop in my life if I'm sure to survive I'm not just stalling for time until the horsemen arrive I'm making efforts trying to get myself a portion of pie But I don't wanna follow formula for an exorbitant price I got Razor in my corner and QK on the side And together we align to make a special delight This is art, I don't need to be the best of all time Next to razor I'm a vegetable, right? But I ain't stressed at all Most blessed of all I test myself but stretch the rules tight Hook 2 (Russ Hillier): Redcoat and the machete Two regular blokes with an edge to hack a beat into confetti Steady on mate, don't wanna do a thing I'll be regretting Just hand me a microphone and crank up the settings

Verse 1: I’m often off the beat, Talking caught in caution, steez, Geez, the style wild, I don’t idle over idols, I dose my own drugs, ghost Over omens on my shoulders damn Surely you was /over dem? Sure you know Shirley man? She was such a shorty, Unordinary, and make me wanna force a damn. Of course I can’t be all of that. I’m artifact Fake it till I make it. Talking on my breaks On top the highway, 80s, hit the pavement, what a train wreck, change it I stop my own speed, Cops charge you lots, If you far above beneath, I was on my sheesh, God damn, my plan, I ran With camera and, And I saw faults. Talking I was lost walking out the house I don’t need nobody else I just need myself is a lie to tell to him, This beginnings this an ends To a mean, I mean, I’m being mean, With my demeanor, please. Get me out the house, I sleep Way to often, gotta dream Hook: I find the light, find the light In my city, She she got me like, I ain’t right, got me switching Tryna find the other Side of light in me gritty Gotta work hard Just to start, mr. Diddy Whatchu know abouta son Tryna make his way in town, Whatchu know about Whatchu know about the other side Whatchu know about This the other, this the other, huh Whatchu know about This the other side Verse 2: I figured that her figure Was 8 figures worth, doin figure 8s in her skirts. While I’m...no one in shirt But I figure that my logo That I sold you worth the stock I got some options, I know youre spoiled and... It will never spoil We plottin proper The gospel is gossip, god it’s, Hard to find a higher path, I’m garbage, I’m guarded now let it out Gardens often threatened now. The climate changing, And The air of all this era, Is a terror to amazing I’m talking enforcing, Problems upon these babies, and they basin Decisions on internet clicks, And shit that gets them dick, I’m basic, I know it Now here we go Again, with my pen, Writing false testaments, A test i meant, to challenge, balance Inside my IV, I be, IV league If I believe it, so are you Holdin on my holy truth, That I don’t hold no holes in roof. We solid, mind it Don’t waste no more time man, I was on my caution Now I’m on my conscious

about

Most Valuable Poets (MVP) is the third EP of QuintusKing, after Bring Home the Jazz in 2020 and Tranquility in 2021. Unlike his last two EPs which consist entirely of instrumentals, this EP is a rap compilation put together by QuintusKing and three absolutely talented MCs - Luke Noone, Russ Hillier, and M.C. Razor. With a focus on oldschool boom bap beats, the EP features different styles of rap from the three rappers - M.C. Razor lays down energetic bars, Russ Hillier delivers crisp and solid lines, and Luke Noone is poetic as usual.

The compilation contains three rap tracks by the rappers, plus a remix by QuintusKing, and two guest remixes by the talented Ikage (who also worked on Radiance with QuintusKing).

Shoutout to Tetrahex again for the scratches over Redcoat & The Machete.
